In 2018, Ernst Ingmar Bergman would have turned 100 years. Despite of the fact that he was not fond of celebrating his birthday, his 100th anniversary is celebrated worldwide. To mark this significant cultural event, the great exhibition ”Ingmar Bergman and his legacy in fashion and art” was designed and went on tour in more than 60 countries around the world, produced by L.Christeseva.

Beside the most acclaimed films, the exposition includes an interactive film installation, various photographic materials, short films, allowing to trace the influence of the great master’s work on contemporary minds.

As a part of worldwide jubilee celebration program, the art installation with the toiles have taken place on Faro, beloved island and the last shelter of Bergman. L.Christeseva’s researching on identity and authenticity have found points of contiguity with  complex images of womanhood in Bergman’s films. The toiles, symbols of femininity and identity, were placed at the harsh although beautiful Faro’s nature, dedicated to Bergman’s unbeaten creativity and his contribution to the world’s art and fashion.
